Associate Degree Nursing educators play an essential role in communities through nursing education, evidenced-based mentorship practices, training and leadership. This session will provide participants with insight on the need for mentoring to achieve innovative approaches that build strong partnerships and influence collaboration. In addition, participants will explore how community college nurse leaders are uniquely positioned to address the opportunities and challenges integral to transforming self, others, and their communities.
