Jennifer Celms (she/her) is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Bellevue College, serving
in both the ADN and RN-BSN programs. Her teaching specialties include Nursing
Fundamentals, Population Health, Simulation, Pediatrics, and Leadership. She has
previous work in emergency medicine, forensics, school health, and cardiac care. She
has experience with emergency preparedness planning in both the hospital and
community health settings. She received her MSN in Leadership and Management from
Western Governors University, is a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), and a Certified
Professional of Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
