Kimberly Mau, DNP, MSN, RN (she/her/hers)

Assistant Vice President for Nursing
Ivy Tech Community College
Seymour, Indiana

Dr. Kimberly K. Mau serves as the Assistant Vice President for Nursing at Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana, providing leadership oversight to 19 campuses that graduate over 1300 ASN and LPN nurses each year. Prior to her role at Ivy Tech, Dr. Mau was part of the team at Western Governors University, serving as the Associate Dean/Academic Program Director for the RN-BSN program. Her 27-year journey through nursing has included population-focused nursing practice, nursing education, and nursing leadership with a focus upon creating pipelines to build a nursing workforce prepared to care for diverse populations. She is a member of the Indiana Center for Nursing Board of Directors, the Indiana Organization for Nurse Leaders/AONL, the Advocacy Committee for the Indiana State Nurses Association and the Research committee for OADN.
