Lara Carver, PhD, RN, CNE joined Western Governors University in 2017 and serves as the Administrative Director for RN to BSN and UG Bridge programs. Dr. Carver has been a Registered Nurse for 31 years and has been in higher education and administration for over half that time. She has served in faculty, dean, administrative, consultant and accreditation site visitor roles in both Undergraduate and Graduate online and on-ground settings.
