Dr. Chineda Hill is an Associate Professor of nursing at the University of West Alabama in Livingston, Alabama. Dr. Hill holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree (2010) and a Doctor of Education degree (2019). She has been a registered nurse for 25 years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she and other nursing colleagues implemented strategies to facilitate program graduates to pass the licensure exam. Providing robust support in their student nurse mentoring program was one of many strategies implemented in bridging the gap to success on the NCLEX exam.
