Rebecca is an experienced nurse educator with teaching, writing and consulting experience. Her current role is as Director of the Content Team focusing on undergraduate nursing at Kaplan. She is responsible for instructional design, project-based content management team, content development including item writing and technology support. Her previous roles include educational consulting, online and traditional instruction for ADN and BSN nursing students. She expert in NCLEX preparation, instructional strategies, mentoring and leadership. Her research focus' on the effectiveness of instructional strategies, micro-learning, cognitive load, and information processing.
