With over 30 years of rich experience in the nursing field, including hospital administration and higher education, Dr. Lawes has not only shared her knowledge as a published author and international speaker but has also contributed to the nursing community as a consultant and leader. Her research expertise encompasses critical areas such as academic resilience, learning science, self-efficacy, and mindset. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Lawes is a dedicated advocate for equitable nursing education and serves as the Global Chief Nursing Officer at Lecturio.
